We offer a variety of services, including pre-made designs, codes, and video edits, which require upfront payment before delivery. We also provide custom projects tailored to the client's specific needs, with payment made in installments as agreed upon during project initiation.

3. Payment Terms

For pre-made services, full payment is required upfront before any service is delivered. For custom projects, payment is made in installments, with the first installment due before the project starts and subsequent installments paid at agreed milestones.

4. Client Responsibilites

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the execution of services. Timely communication and cooperation are essential to ensure the successful completion of projects.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We do not allow refunds on pre-made services; once purchased, they cannot be refunded. For custom projects, if you cancel before the project starts, no payment is required. However, if you cancel after the project has commenced and installments have been paid, 60% of the paid installments will be refunded.

6. Confedentiality and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We only store your name and email for payment processing and communication purposes. We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
